Whatyou will do : :

Our Instructors are the first line ofsupport for students studying on our Software Engineering program.As an instructor you will help students with no previous experiencego through the materials of our 8month program with the help of ourAI Learning Assistantbot.

Assisted by ourAI bot at some parts of the program you will be answering studentquestions about program materials helping students fix mistakes intheir projects and exercises.

You will also be advising students onbest industry practices on how to complete their work and providinghuman expertise that might be outside of the scope of our AIbot.

Whatwill you do as aninstructor

• Communicatewith students on Discord in text; you ll be dealing with differentquestions from students including a deeper explanation of theoryhelping with code debugging helping understanding the task pointingout difference between concepts supporting and navigating studentsin their projects (SLA for response time : 15mins)
• Validate the answers of our AI LearningAssistant bot to the students in some parts of the programcorrecting the bot s answers if necessary (SLA for response time : 15 mins)
• Report feedback on the AI LearningAssistant bot s answers and overallwork
• Occasionally answer questions in DirectMessages from students on Discord or proactively reaching out tostudents in Direct Messages based on the support team s requests(SLA for response time : 1 day)
• Occasionallycommunicate with the team and report students that might need moreindepth help on atopic

Weappreciate it if you :

• adeveloper with 1 years of professional experience who loves to helpothers and share their experience
• a softwareengineer skilled in HTML CSS vanilla Javascript React NodeExpress
• someone who is patient and is able tobreak down complex problems to less experiencedones

You are an exceptional candidate if you alsohave :

• have teaching ortutoring experience even if not indevelopment
• have used discord in thepast
• have your own experience as a studentonline and the desire to help create the best place in the world tostudy SoftwareEngineering
