Job Description

As a Les Clefs d'Or Chef Concierge, you will lead the guest experience creating a sense of luxury and care for our guests.

From the moment they arrive to their parting farewell, you ensure our guests feel pampered and that their every wish comes true.

What you will be doing :

• Caring for guests needs from pre-arrival through departure, anticipating needs and offering experiences to enhance their experience.
• Keeping up-to-date and maintaining expertise of the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, restaurants and what is happening in the city.
• Lead and educate the Concierge team in offering a luxury experience.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

• Les Clefs d'Or Membership required, or ability to obtain membership within 1st year of employment.
• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Be a collaborative team player, a creative problem solver who leads with your heart
