Senior Landscape Architect Qualifications and Experience Needed :
- Professional degree in Landscape Architecture or related fields.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in landscape architecture projects, with exposure to hospitality, retail, multifamily, mixed-use, planning and urban design.
- Licensure preferred.
- Expertise in construction administration, construction documentation, and quality control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as projects demand.
Senior Landscape Architect Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage construction administration for upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Ensure quality control for construction documentation.
- Contribute to raising the standards of our design process, implementing creative, effective, and sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our team, clients, and contractors.
