Sounds Great? We're looking for our leaders to fit these criteria :

• Experience Matters : Preferably 2+ years in restaurant management.
• Back of House Champion : Comfortable supporting the kitchen team is a big advantage.
• Age Requirement : Must be at least 21 years old.
• Availability is Key : Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is a must. Reliable transportation is required.
• Certifications : Able to obtain required certifications / permits as per state / local law.
• Tech-Savvy : Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
• Health Code Guru : Knowledgeable about local and state health codes.
• Tech Toolbox : Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules is preferred.
• Financial Insight : P&L knowledge is a plus.
