WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our technical products.

You will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and execution, working closely with executives, cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

As a Tresata Senior Product Manager, you will :

  • Product Vision and Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Technical Expertise : Demonstrated capability to comprehend market requirements, which demand technical comprehension, and furnish comprehensive details to cross-functional teams, encompassing engineering, design, and QA, to guarantee the successful product delivery.
  • Requirement Gathering : Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs, market trends, and technical constraints.
  • Product Development : Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, collaborating with UX and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget.
  • Technical Architecture : Partner in driving the technical architecture and design of products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, conduct post-launch evaluations, and iterate on product features to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process.

Requirements

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED TO BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering or a related technical field.
  • 10-12 years of industry experience, preferably within product companies.
  • Proven experience in technical product management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, cloud technologies, data engineering,analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving technical innovation and excellence.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management toolkits such as JIRA, Trello.
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
