The Parts & Service Customer Service Associate at Ourisman Toyota of Richmond handle a diverse range of responsibilities related to billing, payments, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Interaction :
Greet customers warmly and professionally at the cashier desk.
Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing.
Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
Issue receipts promptly and make change as needed.
Address customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
Handle customer complaints with courtesy and refer unresolved issues to the relevant staff.
Administrative Duties :
Maintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
Close out invoices and reconcile any outstanding balances.
Answers incoming calls and provides clerical support to the service and parts departments.
Professionalism and Appearance :
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Keep your work area tidy and presentable.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Proficient PC skills; MS Office Suite skills a plus.
Clean driving record required
