Customer Service Representative
Perfect Choice Exteriors / Bath Planet of St. Louis & More is one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling and home improvement industry.
Due to our amazing growth, Perfect Choice Exteriors is actively searching for a Rockstar Customer Service Representative for our Creve Couer, IL office.
The preferred candidate will join our winning team of professionals and earn a substantial income while making a positive impact to assist homeowners and team members with their improvement projects.
Jump on the board NOW as this position will fill quickly! Responsibilities : Answer telephone calls from potential homeowners and business associates.
Direct calls as needed. Make outgoing calls. Handle homeowner's questions and objections. Obtain homeowner's information including names and addresses phone numbers etc.
and input it into the system. Set or receive appointments over the telephone and designate them to the appointment department.
Contact homeowners to follow up on project and finance interaction. Notate customers’ accounts in MS and CRM programs with complete notes.
Skills and Job Requirements : Excellent communication skills Superb customer service skills (required) Stellar attendance (required) Ability to work well with team members and assist with job-related tasks with each department.
Capability to persuade an individual’s decision High energy self-motivator Computer literacy is a must Initiative Tenacious This is an in-office position at our location in Creve Coeur IL.
Full-Time Position : Monday Friday 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm (one hour lunch) We offer fringe benefits, as well as, competitive pay.
