AT&T is looking for a Key Personnel to support the Department of Labors Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Program pending award.

The KP will be fully onsite in Washington, DC.

Job Title : Key Personnel / Architect

Client : AT&T

Location : Fully onsite in Washington D.C.

Duration : Long Term Contract with Apex Systems

Pay Range is negotiable based on experience

Requirements :

• Candidates must be US Citizens
• CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Infrastructure Architect with at least 15 years of experience
• Experience with Zooms UCaaS platform
• Must have knowledge of Cloud based customer experience solutions
• Familiarity with Genesys and / or NICE CCaaS Solutions
