As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are exceptional.

You'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships, coordinating event logistics, and collecting feedback to enhance the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns, providing support as required. Assist in the planning and organization of events, including logistics, venue coordination, and attendee management.

Collect feedback from clients and customers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.

Represent the company professionally at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and values. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or client relations preferred but not required.
