YOUR IMPACT

The Proposal Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and responding to inquiries from potential customers. This role involves understanding customer requirements, communicating effectively with internal teams, and crafting comprehensive responses to RFIs in a timely manner.

  • Receive and review incoming RFIs from potential customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and technical teams to gather necessary information for responses.
  • Analyze customer requirements and tailor responses to address specific needs and concerns.
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling responses to RFIs that effectively showcase the company's products / services.
  • Ensure all responses are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company branding and messaging.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for RFI responses.
  • Manage multiple RFIs simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and strategic importance.
  • Maintain a database of standard responses, templates, and other resources to streamline the RFI response process.
  • Follow up with customers to address any additional questions or concerns they may have.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve RFI responses and processes.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of Software industry-specific terminology, products, and services is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
