Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring a Marketing Event Specialist!

Immerse yourself into the fascinating world of ultrasonic welding! Herrmann Ultrasonics develops and builds machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens and metals with ultrasonic vibrations.

This technology is suitable in many industries, such as medical, electronics, food and automotive. With nearly 700 global employees, based in 4 Headquarters and 22 Tech Centers, we are represented in 20 countries worldwide.

Requirements :

Develop and implement event plans and concepts in alignment with the marketing strategy.

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation for event attendees.

Create a white glove experience for the company staff and people who attend the events

The ideal candidate could design and produce promotional materials for events, including flyers, digital content, and signage following the company's brand guidelines.

Manage event budgets, ensuring that all activities are delivered within financial constraints.

Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote events and engage with the audience before, during, and after events.

Handle the on-site coordination of events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns.

Required skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B event planning and management

Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing events (digital and in-person)

Strong understanding of event marketing strategies and brand management

Experience with budget management and cost control for events

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail

Willingness to travel as required for event planning and execution

Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and social media promotion

Ability to analyze event success using key metrics and prepare detailed reports

Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends when necessary for events
