We are seeking an Administator - Home and Community-Based Services to join our team!

Responsibilities :

The Admin will be in charge of and not limited to :

• Managing data in spreadsheets and reports
• Keeping records and reports up to date
• Helping maintain the budget plan
• Organizing and scheduling meetings and events
• Supervising other staff and delegating responsibilities
• Handling technical issues in their area of expertise
• Carrying out clerical duties, including calling clients and answering phones and preparing documents
• Carry the vision and functional objectives of Source Of Hope.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Strong allegiance and loyalty to the vision of Source Of Hope.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive hands-on personal client care experience as well as administrative responsibilities
• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong values, morals, character. Teachability and strong work ethic
