Our patients love us so we are growing! We are a fee for service, out of network boutique dental office that needs an additional front office coordinator 4-4.
5 days per week. We will provide training on the job, especially if you are new to dentistry.

- Patient scheduling, billing and collection
- Promoting excellent customer service face to face, email, and over the phone.
- Knowledge of regulations related to insurance.
- An upbeat, can-do attitude, willing to learn and help out to make the day flow smoothly for the whole team.
Job Structure
- Hours : 4-4.5 days a week Monday-Thursday 7 : 30-4 : 30 with morning huddle at 7 : 45 AM. 30 minute lunch break. Friday 7 : 30-1 : 00 with morning huddle at 7 : 45 AM.
- Benefits after 90 days : Free dental care for you, your spouse, and children minus the lab fees, 1 week PTO and 7 paid holidays off, health insurance stipend
- Benefits after 1 year : 401(k) with 3% employer match
- Provided : Blazer / Sweater and office swag, monthly team meetings with lunch provided, team bonding events outside of the office (bowling, painting, happy hour, etc. 2-4x / year)
- Procedures include : Invisalign, Bioclear, Composite and Porcelain Veneers, Laser Dentistry, Botox, Tooth Gems
We are looking for someone has customer service experience, attention to detail, empathy, a positive mindset, a friendly personality, and excellent communication skills.
