Job Title : Data Collector

Job Summary :

Kickstart an exciting career in intelligence by joining the Defense Intelligence Agency as a Data Collector. This pivotal role offers a unique entry into the world of classified records management, where you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience meticulously inventorying and cataloging sensitive materials.

Responsibilities Include :

• Providing a per document inventory of records
• Current record holdings volume is approximately 3000 sq ft of documents (classified and unclassified)
• Developing and accurately documenting each record description, attributes, and metadata for eventual incorporation into a DIA document finding tool
• Performing data entry of inventories with Microsoft Office Automation tools (i.e., Excel, SharePoint)
• Updating cataloging database systems with inventory descriptors and metadata / keywords

Required Qualifications and Skills :

• TS / SCI clearance with CI poly
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Automation tools
• The physical ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 25 pounds

Work Setting and Environment :

• Monday - Friday, normal business hours
• Work is to be performed at government facilities in Washington, DC and Landover, MD
• Travel throughout the greater DC area
