We are seeking a friendly and proactive receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our office.
Position : Real Estate Receptionist
Location : 2518 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60614
Hours : Full-time (Monday-Saturday)
Responsibilities :
- Greet clients / visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area.
- Assist owner with administrative tasks as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Report daily progress of all departments to the company owner.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus.
