Handle incoming calls from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries
Requirement
- Currently hold a Property & Casualty license or Personal Lines License or Life and Health License.
- Strong communication skills (verbal / written and interpersonal skills)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet)
- Quick Learner and a team player.

- Must pass credit and background check.
