Director Brand Marketing-Zale
JOB SUMMARY :
ZALES is looking for a Brand Marketing Director to help elevate the ZALES banner and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
The ZALES Brand Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages consumer insights and customer data to drive the brand value proposition across all aspects of the brand.
The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand awareness and growth through creative and innovative marketing initiatives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Strategy Development : Lead the creation of the seasonal brand strategy and GTM approach ensuring alignment with the business goals and objectives.
- Communications Strategy : Develop the communications strategy that prioritizes launches, campaigns, promotions, and related activities to ensure seamless execution and maximization of market impact.
- Campaign Development : Oversee the development of marketing campaigns in partnership with the ZALES Creative Director and creative agency partners ensuring the campaigns align to the brand positioning, resonates with our target audience, and meets performance goals.
- Brand Advocate : Partner cross-functionally to uncover insights and opportunities to differentiate Zales and provide a competitive advantage for growth, bringing to life the brand value proposition across all consumer touchpoints.
- PR / Social / Influencer Marketing : Oversee PR / Influencer and Organic Social strategy.
- Analytics and reporting : Monitor, analyze and report on the brand strategy and adjust to optimize results.
- Product Launches : Maintain strong relationships with merchandising partners in development of branding and product marketing strategies for existing and new product launches.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
Education Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required. MBA preferred.
Years of Job-Related Experience Required :
8-10 years’ experience in brand marketing roles focused on retail and / or consumer products.
Technical / Other Skills Required :
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
