Machine Operator Details :

• Location : South Charlotte
• Starting Pay : $16.00 / hour paid weekly!
• Shift : 6 : 00am - 3 : 30pm Monday through Friday
• Temp to Hire Position!

Machine Operator Description :

• Operate assigned machinery according to provided instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and detect any malfunctions or abnormalities.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machinery, to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.

Machine Operator Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Attention to detail, quality inspecting, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
