The Customer Care Representative Opportunity :

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from our current clients while assisting with their account needs and website edits. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our clients.

Our ideal candidate enjoys engaging in conversation over the phone, is an expert at assessing needs, and has strong interdepartmental communication skills. If that sounds like you, apply today!

Responsibilities

  • Handle 10-12 inbound client calls daily, discussing website edits, campaign reporting and SEO-centric conversations.
  • Work on inbound email requests between calls, completing edits via our premium CMS tools (e.g., photo changes, logo updates, content modifications, and layout adjustments).
  • Manage a pipeline of 20-30 client tickets, ensuring clear communication between clients and the design department, SEO and other subject matter expert teams.
  • Act as the liaison between clients, account managers, and web designers.
  • Resolve approximately 20 client requests per day, including outbound communication to inform clients of completed updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and friendly interactions.
  • Illustrate the ability to identify areas of opportunity within a client's campaign and resolve accordingly.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building abilities.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities.
