Responsibilities :
- Managehotel room reservations through phone email and online bookingplatforms
- Provide information about hotelservices amenities and policies toguests
- Process payments and ensure accuracy ofguest information
- Handle guest complaints andresolve issues in a timely and professionalmanner
- Collaborate with other hotel departmentsto ensure guestsatisfaction
Qualifications :
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Prior experiencein customer service or hospitality industrypreferred
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask andwork in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency incomputer systems and reservationsoftware
