Multi Skilled Operative

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Operative with MPS you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from job’ to job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task.

You’ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive can do’ attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key.

Although the role is based in Bexley, there is the possibility of travel to Medway / Redhill for occasional jobs in and around the area.

Role Criteria :

• Extensive on the job experience in multiple trades such as joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating and floor laying
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
• Have own power tools
• Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative
• Excellent communication and Customer service skills
• Ideally hold a trade qualification especially if you don't have much first hand experience
