Job Developer

A Job Developer helps people with disabilities locate successful employment. Daily you get to

• Create opportunities for job seekers and employers,
• Coach interviewing skills, draft resumes, and help people change their lives with a fullfilling career and purpose

Requirements

• High school diploma / GED or above
• Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop
• A clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed)

• An additional $2 / hour shift differential when providing services during the week past 7pm or on the weekends
