Ecommerce Manager - Amazon

Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for day-to-day coordination, monitoring, and execution of ecommerce operations in the Commercial department.

The ideal candidate will possess an avid interest in conversion-focused Ecommerce strategies, along with a decision-making approach that prioritizes data.

Prior experience in managing Amazon Vendor / Seller Central is required.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities : Catalog Management

Catalog Management

  • New item and brand setup and maintenance. Complete Brand Registry for new brands.
  • Maintain catalog accuracy and resolve any issues
  • Ensure all product detail pages have strong descriptions and images
  • Enroll appropriate ASINs in Vine Review program
  • Monitor 3rd Party Sellers and work with legal counsel to control unauthorized activity

Marketing

  • Develop and monitor marketing investment plan and strategy per brand
  • Collaborate with Marketing department to develop optimal Ecommerce content
  • Ensure all product detail pages have appealing A+ content
  • Create and maintain brand stores for all brands
  • Evaluate and participate in marketing opportunities suitable for brand visibility
  • Setup and maintain Amazon Advertising campaigns to support catalog and new launches
  • Develop presentation decks per business need

Account Management

  • Ensure monthly sales target is met and yearly targets are on track
  • Evaluate and manage Bulk Buy and Born to Run orders
  • Analyze retail sales regularly and capture growing opportunities
  • Update inventory forecast monthly based on performance
  • Monitor Amazon inventory health and take action for low or over stock items
  • Monitor Operational Metrics and work with Supply Chain & Finance to improve performance and lower chargebacks
  • Troubleshoot order fulfillment issues with Sales Operations & IT
  • Reconcile invoices for marketing investments
  • Use ARA / Brand Analytics data to analyze sales, inventory, visibility, opportunities
  • Other Ecommerce Accounts / Opportunities Develop existing accounts and explore additional opportunities
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure processes are in place for Amazon and E-com accounts

Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience within Ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving Ecommerce sales
  • 2+ years of experience Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Premium Beauty experience is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience with developing strategic sales plan to build Amazon business
  • Experience with Amazon catalog, content, and advertising management
  • Knowledge of Ecommerce operations and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to build processes for Ecom business
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
