Director of Marketing
Here at Marshall Reddick Real Estate we are a fast-paced, software-centered, and rapidly changing full-service residential real estate investment firm. We provide multiple services to our clients including real estate brokerage, property management, private lending, and investment funds. We have a team of 150+ members across 9 offices in CA, TX, FL, and TN. Founded in 1979, we are committed to our mission to be the bridge connecting each client to financial independence through education, mentorship, and by providing a trusted system of buying, selling, and managing real estate and mortgages nationwide.
We're seeking a dynamic and visionary marketing leader who combines creative energy with strategic discipline. You will be the architect of our brand and company growth responsible for developing and executing a cohesive, data-driven marketing strategy that amplifies brand awareness, drives qualified leads, and supports revenue growth. You will be a working manager that leads a high-impact team, overseeing critical marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment across content, digital platforms, and client engagement. This is a pivotal role that blends leadership, innovation, and operational excellence to position our company as a market leader in residential real estate.
This is not a remote position. Must be in the office 5 days per week.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and lead the overall marketing vision and strategy across multiple markets in California, Texas, Florida and Tennessee
- Set KPIs and measure the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize performance
- Oversee and allocate the advertising and marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Monetizing ad revenue on social media platforms
- Lead branding initiatives that position our company as a household name in real estate, property management and private lending
- Lead the complete redesign of our website, ensuring both user experience and branding excellence
Team & Agency Management :
Manage growing marketing team to create online platforms and creative ad campaigns across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Yelp, Google, Zillow, LinkedIn and PodcastsHire and manage W2 and Freelance vendors, negotiate pricing and build relationships to produce content aligned with marketing strategyManage relationship with external marketing agency, ensuring alignment with company goalsManage daily marketing requests from realtors, internal team and vendorsCollaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign successCollaborate with sales teams to manage lead flow and conversionsContent & Digital Marketing :
Write and review compelling content that tells our brand story across email, website, social, and podcastOversee and contribute to social media strategy, driving engagement and growthLead the creation of new digital channels, including our new company podcastPlan and execute targeted email campaigns including lead journeys and nurture campaignsPlatform & Technology Oversight :
Oversee implementation of client notifications and automated drip and nurture campaigns for Twilio and SendGridOptimize CRM and database management for lead nurturing and retentionCollaborate on SEO initiatives and website updates with our software teamEvents & Community Engagement :
Oversee marketing and logistics for all upcoming events across markets, both online events and in-person events including content planning, and promotionAct as a brand ambassador to drive community engagement and visibility real estate events, educational seminars, and client appreciation experiencesFoster a vibrant and loyal local + online community of real estate clients and investorsWhat Qualifies You
Managing teams of 5+ direct reports7+ years' experience in marketing with proven success in building and executing integrated marketing strategies4+ years in a leadership and management role, with experience managing a teamProficiency with CRM platforms, SendGrid, Twilio, Hootsuite and Asana a plusExpert in website re-designs and company brandingExperience in managing external vendors and working with software teamsKnowledge of podcasts and monetizing ad revenue on social mediaSEO best practices and tracking metricsAbility to work occasional in-person and online eventsWhat Sets You Apart
