Sanitation Special Event Equipment Technician

Job Summary :

Maintain all Special Event equipment in clean and proper working condition and ensure equipment leaving our yard meets Andy Gump, Inc.

quality standards. Tend to trouble shooting and repairs as needed in the field.

Examples of Essential Duties and responsibilities :

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Responsible for proper operation, service and repair of all equipment on event sites, including out of town and overnight assignments.
• Responsible for effective communication between customer and / or Operations personnel on event sites.
• May include supervision and documentation of temporary personnel and paperwork on event site, including time sheets and assignment of duties.
• Responsible for the proper operation of company vehicle.
• Maintain and repair inventory to be in good working order.
• Inspect and maintain all safety equipment where applicable - lights, safety chains, hitches, pins, brake lights, etc.
• Maintain appearance of inventory to meet Andy Gump, Inc. standards.
• Make repairs as necessary.
• Restore and rebuild inventory as needed.
• Move equipment within our yards with forklift.
• Paint and touch-up trailers as needed.
• Inspect all inventory as it arrives in our yard. Document damages and report to Prep Supervisor on a daily basis.
• Stock and maintain inventory of supplies through Prep Supervisor.
• Keep work area safe, clean and orderly.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner
• Maintain Class C driver's license.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
