Marketing Coordinator : Provides administrative support to the Director of Marketing and VP of Sales and Marketing.
Responsible for coordinating all marketing events, create communication, manage website and social media content, monitor success rates, and manage creative requests / output.
Work closely with Director of Marketing and Marketing Specialist to help support and drive measured results.Responsibilities
Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions including community openings, community events, and realtor events in conjunction with Director of Marketing / NHC / ASM's / VP of Sales / Marketing / Marketing SpecialistMaintain daily communication with creative team to disseminate information, give direction on approvals of marketing collateral, participate in weekly conference calls / marketing meetings to review progress with creative team and digital teamMaintain and analyze weekly events tracking and eblast reporting, and organic social performance.
Facilitate the creation and order community signage as needed - work with signage vendor on pricing, design and production timeCreate / execute / strategize daily social media postsCreate / distribute marketing collateral and update as neededAssist with coordinating new community openings and closeout and any other model related projects as needed (model moves, storage, auctions, alarms setup, home automation, etc.
Assist with compiling information / packets for community roll out meetingsAssist with coding / processing marketing / sales invoicesCoordinate sales / marketing related meetings with vendors, creative team, etc as neededOrder / manage promo items and printed collateralManage website in conjunction with the Marketing Specialist and web team including updating / editing of content, creation and maintenance of landing pagesWork with product development team and purchasing to create marketing materials for new floorplans and Modsy walkthroughsMaintain EI feature sheets / updates from PurchasingSchedule weekly email marketing with emarketing teamVisit communities as need to check on signage, inventory homes, models and NHC needsMontior weekly community performance - leads, events, promotions, etc.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferredMinimum 2 years experience in marketing preferredMinimum 1 years in the real estate or homebuilding industry preferredValid driver's license and good driving recordExcellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational, project manage and interpersonal skillsMust be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relationsExcellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Microsoft OutlookGeneral knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferredBasic knowledge of SEM & Google AnalyticsLife at Lennar!Lennar recognizes our associates are the heart of the company's success.
