Job Summary :
Performs charge entry for the IOP and Virtual IOP as well as a variety of clerical tasks for the business office and scanning of deposits, remittances, correspondence and denials.
Responsibilities :
- Enters all charges for the Intensive Outpatient Centers including Virtual IOP as well as all other charges that may be incurred.
- Scans, verify and upload of documents into local, network and cloud storage devices. Loads, scans and checks documents quality throughout the scanning process.
Perform prep work of documents prior to scanning
- Provides administrative clerical and reception duties as assigned.
- Answers incoming calls and assists Business Office staff when needed
Job Description
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.
- One year of charge entry and clerical experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
