Responsibilities
Client Assistance : Provide personalized assistance to clients regarding policy inquiries, claim processing, and general insurance questions.
Customer Support : Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy changes, and claims processing for reference and compliance purposes.
Policy Renewals : Assist clients with policy renewals, modifications, and updates, ensuring that their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Problem Resolution : Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about current insurance products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
Requirement
Customer Service Skills : Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients professionally and effectively.
Attention to Detail : Ability to accurately process and update client information and policy details with precision and care.
Adaptability : Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and composure.
Professionalism : Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and handling sensitive information.
Insurance Knowledge : Basic understanding of insurance principles and terminology is a plus, but not required.
