Job Description
Provide administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents of Supply Chain
- Support the VPs with travel arrangements, calendar management and daily meeting preparation.
- Review and prepare expense reports.
- Schedule meetings with attendees in various international time zones.
- Flexible to meetings / requests that occur outside of normal business hours.
- Prepare reports, presentations and communications for the team as necessary.
- Coordinate and plan departmental meetings and events.
- Process invoices, ensuring they are coded appropriately.
- Provide back-up assistance to admin team as needed.
- Manage supplies, equipment, and other materials for the department.
- Assist with other administrative projects / tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- High-level of accountability & independence at work; attention to detail
- Proven basic project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Concur, Ariba
- Judgement to carefully handle confidential documents and information
