BIM Modeler
A BIM Modeler to provide drafting / design support for commercial and industrial projects using Revit.
Required :
- HS Diploma or GED or higher
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- 3+ years of experience using Revit or other BIM program.
- Prior experience working for a subcontractor
- Knowledge and ability to read and understand design and construction documents.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work closely with multiple project managers and designers to perform drafting of accurate drawing packages
- Draft in AutoCAD and / or Revit MEP environments.
- Plot, Batch Plot, Scan and issue project drawing and documentation packages.
- Support multiple project and client deadlines and deliverables.
Pay Range : $28 / hr. - $35 / hr.
