Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Experiential Events Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Senior Experiential Events Specialist will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative events that elevate our clients' social media presence and engagement.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned events professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Experiential Event Planning : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and strategize experiential events that align with their social media marketing objectives.

Define event goals, themes, and logistics to ensure maximum impact.

Vendor Relationship Management : Source and cultivate relationships with top-tier vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless execution of events.

Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee deliverables.

  • Comprehensive Logistics Coordination : Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodations, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned.
  • On-Site Leadership : Lead all on-site operations during events, ensuring flawless execution. Manage staff, address and resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional service to clients and attendees.
  • Post-Event Analysis : Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess success metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and stakeholders to enhance future events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior-level experiential events management (preferably with agency experience), with a strong background in social / influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Innovative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of conceptualizing groundbreaking event ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary during event execution periods.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
