Job Requirements :
- Business minded with strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components. Extensive knowledge is preferred.
- Must be able to learn the inspection software and produce thorough, error free reports.
- Need to live between Denver and Firestone and willing to travel.
- Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service.
- Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs. Marketing is part of the position when not inspecting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great listening skills.
- Basic IPAD / IOS knowledge.
- Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with Real Estate agents and customers.
- A great attitude with good presence and energy.
- Integrity and strong work ethic. Punctual and ability to work unsupervised is a must.
- Good driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to pass all employment screening and a technical knowledge exam.
- Required to authorize background and driving checks.
- Available to work Saturdays and some evenings.
We will train the right individual and will provide you will all the tools necessary. A company vehicle will be provided once fully trained and working independently.
Full-Time Position Salary
Paid Holidays and Time Off
Experience and qualifications will determine starting base pay. $50-$60K after fully trained depending on experience.
