Pillar To Post® The Rounds Team is a leading Home Inspection company in the Denver / Boulder area. Our goal is to make the Home Inspection experience educational and easy for our customers.

Our inspectors use the latest innovation and technology to create customized Home Inspection reports and deliver them on site.

Job Requirements :

  • Business minded with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components. Extensive knowledge is preferred.
  • Must be able to learn the inspection software and produce thorough, error free reports.
  • Need to live between Denver and Firestone and willing to travel.
  • Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service.
  • Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs. Marketing is part of the position when not inspecting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great listening skills.
  • Basic IPAD / IOS knowledge.
  • Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with Real Estate agents and customers.
  • A great attitude with good presence and energy.
  • Integrity and strong work ethic. Punctual and ability to work unsupervised is a must.
  • Good driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to pass all employment screening and a technical knowledge exam.
  • Required to authorize background and driving checks.
  • Available to work Saturdays and some evenings.

We will train the right individual and will provide you will all the tools necessary. A company vehicle will be provided once fully trained and working independently.

Full-Time Position Salary

Paid Holidays and Time Off

Experience and qualifications will determine starting base pay. $50-$60K after fully trained depending on experience.
