Responsibilities Include
- Document Management : Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Mail Handling : Managing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Scanning / Printing : Performing document scanning, printing, and organization tasks.
- Data Entry : Accurately entering data into systems and maintaining updated databases.
- Bank Wires : Preparing bank wire transfers for approval.
- Payment Preparation : Preparing payments for sign-off and ensuring timely processing.
- Phone Management : Answering and directing incoming calls professionally.
- Form Completion : Filling out forms for banks, insurance, and government agencies.
Ideal Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.Excellent communication skills for managing phone calls and inquiries.Experience in administrative support or office management preferred.Additional Information
