Data Integration Specialist

Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Integration Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in data integration technologies, with a focus on Informatica.

They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions to meet business requirements.

The candidate must possess strong technical skills, particularly in SAP, and have experience working with various databases and cloud platforms.

Things to know about this role :

• Office Location : Easton, PA
• Work Location(s) : Hybrid (must be in the office at least 2 days per week)
• Shift : 1st Shift, daytime hours
• Salary : Starting at $80,000-$100,000+ (flexible)

• Proven experience with SAP and SAP Data

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using SAP, SAP Data and Informatica ICDM.
• Work with flat file, relational, and cloud-based data sources.
• Utilize Informatica ICDM features such as Source and Target transformations, Expression transformations, Lookup transformations, Filter transformations, Joiner transformations, Router transformations, Intelligent Structure Model, and Java transformations.
• Manage source control for data integration projects.
• Develop MS PowerShell scripts for automation tasks.
• Establish database connections to SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake databases.
• Integrate cloud applications and manage cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise integrations.
• Configure connectors for SAP HANA, Google Analytics, and REST APIs (V2 / V3).
• Perform Snowflake database administration tasks, including Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, Stages, and Data Pipelines.
• Demonstrate strong data modeling skills with knowledge of normalized and multidimensional data models.
• Understand business data requirements and sources, including SAP ECC and S4 / Hana.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Informatica certification.
• Experience with SAP HANA integration.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and REST API integration.
• Previous experience in data modeling and business intelligence.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, with a focus on Informatica.
• Proficiency in Informatica ICDM and its various components.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-based integration solutions.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for scripting tasks.
• Knowledge of MS PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with database administration tasks, particularly in Snowflake.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
