The Role :
As a Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances our subscriber's journey and engagement across the Mastermind platform.
Reporting to the Director of Client Success and working closely with the Content Director, this position requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple facets of content creation and distribution, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment with our company's goals.
Located in Scottsdale, AZ, we are inviting an experienced Content Manager to shape and manage our content strategy, ensuring it aligns with Mastermind’s ethos and objectives.
What you will do / Responsibilities :
Content Strategy Development : Develop and execute a strategic content plan for Mastermind.com, including collaborations with external experts.
Secure approvals for content ideas through product and content leads.
Content Creation : Oversee the creation of diverse content formats such as Mastermind Original courses, short videos, PDFs, and more.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure content is engaging and meets the needs of our audience.
- Content Promotion : Manage the monthly production of the Mastermind.com magazine and work with cross-departmental teams to promote content effectively across the platform.
- Content Calendar Management : Coordinate with the Project Manager to maintain a robust content production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of content as per the editorial calendar.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure all content reflects Mastermind’s brand voice, style, and guidelines across all media.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Proven Experience in Content Management : Demonstrated ability to craft and implement effective content strategies within a similar industry.
- Strong Research Skills : Ability to identify market trends and potential content collaborators to enhance our offerings.
- Cross-Collaborative Communication : Skilled at working across departments to integrate content strategies with broader business objectives.
- Client Feedback Integration : Keen ability to incorporate client feedback into content improvements and innovations.
- Analytical Proficiency : Capable of analyzing content performance metrics to drive strategic content decisions.
- Adaptability : Flexible in adapting content strategies to align with changing market trends and organizational goals.
