Kodiak Solutions : Healthcare Business Operations Coordinator

This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt and excel in a dynamic business environment.

He / She will be asked to efficiently coordinate multiple interconnected business processes, including sales pipeline tracking, professional service contract drafting, and internal resource coordination.

The Business Operations Coordinator should be a problem solver who can work with internal stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization to understand project goals and objectives and determine the best approach for task completion.

Strength in working with technology systems is a must, as well as the ability to work independently and with an analytical mindset.

The ability to thrive in a changing environment is essential as Kodiak Solutions is a new company learning to stand on its own after a divestiture from Crowe LLP.

Requirements :

3+ years of experience working in professional services

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced, problem solving environment

Highly organized with excellent work management and time management skills

Proven process-focused mindset and ability to maintain multiple in-flight efforts at once

Acute attention to detail

Quick learner with the ability to become independently productive after an initial training period

Must be great with numbers and Excel accounting or financial background is a plus

Previous exposure to general project management concepts

Previous experience working with professional services contracts, statements of work, or engagement letters is a plus

Must have a solid reputation and references with previous clients, contacts, partners, etc.

The story around Kodiak is an impressive one.Derek Bang, the practice founder and inventor of the group’s flagship software product for net revenue reporting, Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) came to Crowe nearly 20 years ago with an idea for a strategic pursuit in the Healthcare Industry through his previous experience as a Healthcare Auditor at a Big 4 firm.

Crowe invested in the idea, providing the resources and support necessary to launch the RCA product and organically grow the practice to its current state, now offering a broad suite of software and services that help healthcare CFOs solve challenges across financial reporting, revenue cycle, and risk and compliance.

Kodiak currently services more than 1,800 hospitals and 200,000 practice-based physicians across all 50 states. Due to the unique complexities of the business such as technology and data security, it is time for a new partner with the appropriate expertise and resources to invest in the future growth of Kodiak.

The transaction will enable Kodiak to operate with greater flexibility and focus, positioning it to accelerate growth and expand its technology portfolio to better serve healthcare provider organizations across the county.

LI-Hybrid

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;

experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $17.35 to $34.26.
