Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to all levels of management (includes coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Maintains up to date knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of Team Members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Partners with outside counsel as needed.
- Conducts effective, thorough and objective employee relations investigations .
- Assist in administration for benefits plans including health plan and 401k plan transactions and other claims troubleshooting
- Provides daily assistance to Team Members on matters of policy, benefits, payroll, coaching, etc.
