Operations Associate

We are seeking an Operations Associate for an exciting new attraction opening in Times Square this fall! In this role, you'll help create a great guest experience by maintaining the stocks of materials and merchandise in the attraction and retail areas. Responsibilities include maintaining the stock storage areas, pushing merchandise to the floor, and maintaining displays. The Operations Associates will also interact and engage with guests as needed, participating in the overall goal of creating a positively memorable time for everyone during their visit.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain material and merchandise levels in the attraction and retail space by pushing products to the floor
• Assist with receiving new product deliveries
• Greet, direct, and engage with all guests to provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain superior knowledge of the attraction and all its products and experiences
• Work with fellow team members to champion a culture of excellence ensuring every guest interaction is personalized and meaningful
• Maintain visual display standards and replenishment of product to directed levels
• Support company objectives to be a top tier attraction and retail business in NYC
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
