Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand visibility.

This position collaborates as part of a cross-functional team to drive sales growth and ensure the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Responsible for community engagement, corporate donations, and selected events that build the brand’s social and financial equity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify market opportunities and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including product descriptions, advertisements, and promotional materials
  • Manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media platforms
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
  • Plan and execute customer engagement events, promotions, and special offers to increase customer loyalty and retention
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for the production of marketing materials and events
  • Manage the strategic alignment with non-profit partnerships and organizations
  • Serve as the communications point of contact for the brand in speaking engagements, both internal and external
  • Oversee all customer service initiatives and the Customer Care Department, creating strategies and identifying efficiencies to optimize the customer feedback experience

Requirements

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of related work and supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, Adobe Creative Cloud Design, MS PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Have a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the retail sector
