As an Event Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in organizing and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to community gatherings.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and logistics management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and project plans.
• Oversee event registration processes and attendee communication.
• Provide on-site support during events, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
• Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
