CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Starting Pay : $17 Per Hour - Work from Home Option
Training class starts Monday, February 28, 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM Once trained, schedule is Monday - Saturday, 11 : 30 AM - 8 PM with a day off during the week RC Willey Home Furnishings has been serving our community for nearly 90 years.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Receive and respond to customer calls regarding questions, concerns, delivery, sales and service issues
- Provide phone assistance to delivery, customer service, and store departments
- Follow-up with customer issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG :
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to handle difficult situations with customers
- Basic computer and typing skills needed
- Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
WE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED Once trained and with proven performance, associates will have the option to work from home. We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff.
Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
