We are currently seeking a RemoteReceptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Receptionist youwill play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer serviceand administrative support to our clients and teammembers.

Responsibilities :

  • Answerand direct incoming calls and emails in a professional andcourteous manner
  • Manage and maintain thereception area ensuring it is clean andorganized
  • Schedule appointments and meetingsfor team members
  • Assist with administrativetasks such as data entry filing and documentpreparation
  • Provide support to the OfficeManager and other team members asneeded

Qualifications :

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Strongorganizational and time managementabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (WordExcel Outlook)
  • Previous experience in areceptionist or customer service rolepreferred
  • Ability to work independently andprioritize taskseffectively
