We are currently seeking a RemoteReceptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Receptionist youwill play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer serviceand administrative support to our clients and teammembers.
Responsibilities :
- Answerand direct incoming calls and emails in a professional andcourteous manner
- Manage and maintain thereception area ensuring it is clean andorganized
- Schedule appointments and meetingsfor team members
- Assist with administrativetasks such as data entry filing and documentpreparation
- Provide support to the OfficeManager and other team members asneeded
Qualifications :
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Strongorganizational and time managementabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (WordExcel Outlook)
- Previous experience in areceptionist or customer service rolepreferred
- Ability to work independently andprioritize taskseffectively
