Description : *Onboarding Client API Support Roles Contract (long term but could convert permanent)Candidates will be required to be onsite all 5 daysOnce trained and performance is satisfactory will have the ability to be in office for hybrid schedule.
Serves as a fully seasoned, proficient, and technical point of contact for Client Onboarding. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables.
Acts as liaison between the business unit, clients, and vendors. Utilizes complex applications, systems, and often new technologies.
Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities, typically as an individual contributor. Often provides oversight and guidance to more junior business and systems analysts.
IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
- Assist Payment Origination clients in readying their computer applications and business processes and provide guidance to clients during the EDI implementation process.
- Manage multiple new and maintenance requests simultaneously.This person will be onboarding new clients to the API Services Group.
They will be working with the clients (so they need to have excellent communication and presentation skills).They need to open ticketsThey need to be able to do Research for issues that may arise in the onboarding phase.
There are issues that come up and it could be on our end of theirs. We need to Research those issues. Need someone very analytical and have problem solving skills.
They need to know API is, JSON Messages, and if they have Treasury knowledge (difference between ACH and Wire Transfer).If they have Ansi x12 or XML a big plus.
They main thing here is they need to be analytical, research issues, and solve those issues and know some about APILearning this whole process will take 6 months so they do need to be in the office 5x week initially.
They will work with them if they need a remote day here or there. As time goes on and they get good at their job they will move to hybrid but for the foreseeable future they need to work with the team.
