• We are hiring immediately for a full time BAKER SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Stonehill College - 320 Washington Street, Easton, MA 02357. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time; Five days a week, five to eight hour days. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Must have previous baking experience.
• Pay Range: $25.00 per hour to $29.50 per hour.
• Additional Job Duties:
• Responsible for Leading Baking Team
• Plan Weekly menus and establish pars for Team.
• Managing inventory control.
• Catering plated desserts for both small and large events.

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
