Key Responsibilities
- Perform and analyze a comprehensive range of laboratory tests according to departmental procedures and regulatory standards
- Report accurate and timely test results to support effective patient diagnosis and treatment
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure operational excellence
- Follow strict quality control and infection prevention policies
- Maintain supply inventory and contribute to efficient lab operations
- Communicate clearly with team members and external departments to ensure seamless workflows
- Assist in training new lab personnel and contribute to ongoing education initiatives
