Administrative Project Analyst SUMMARY : The candidate will provide task management support to a Headquarters Air Force client that conducts policy development and oversight of strategic basing, installation planning, encroachment management, community partnerships, real estate, and military privatized housing.

Perform a broad range of administrative tasks to include managing the Air Force’s primary task management tool (Enterprise Task Management Software Solution ETMS2 ), coordinating tasker suspense dates, and preparing tasker packages for coordination and review.

The candidate will regularly interact with senior miliary and government civilians through the creation, management, and dispersal of tasks and by participating in or leading meetings and presentations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Coordinate information flow and execution of taskers by managing ETMS2.
  • Collaborate with client team members to create program deliverables and manage coordination of tasks.
  • Create and manage communications, including reports to senior Department of the Air Force (DAF) leadership and Congress.
  • Support the management of Department of Defense (DoD) data and assessment tools, including collecting and disbursing project data.
  • Provide facilitation and meeting support to military and civilian stakeholders, industry stakeholders, and other representatives.
  • Support strategic planning and process improvement to ensure efficient coordination of tasks.
  • Collaborate with the client team to complete tasks within the planned scope and schedule.
  • Maintain project schedules, draft reports and project write ups, and create PowerPoint presentations to assist client team in meeting deadlines.
  • Support the Partnership and Mission Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of projects, client communications, marketing, and proposals.
  • Apply expertise in technical writing, editing, and proofreading to assist in the development of high-quality and results-oriented deliverables.
  • Prepare and deliver oral presentations, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with client team and other DoD stakeholders to resolve concerns, complete tasks, and convey information in accordance with policy and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience working at military installations
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance
  • 2-4 years of working experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including the use of workflow management tools, Microsoft Suite spreadsheets (especially MS Excel) and other database applications
  • U.S. citizenship is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Active SECRET clearance
  • A minimum of 2 years supporting federal installation programs
  • Experience with DOD portfolio management
  • Experience as a DOD contractor
