A company is looking for an Associate Consultant - Integrated Absence to provide technical and operational support within Integrated Absence Solutions Practice.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client needs and recommend tailored absence management solutions
Provide guidance on federal, state, and local leave regulations
Support clients with program implementation and day-to-day administration of absence programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in absence management, benefits administration, or human resources
Basic understanding of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or absence management systems
Legal right to work in the United States
