About the Role :

As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during events and functions held at our prestigious venues in Schaumburg and downtown Chicago. Your primary objective is to ensure that guests receive attentive, courteous, and efficient service throughout banquets, conferences, weddings, and other special occasions. You will collaborate closely with the banquet team to set up event spaces, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized environment. This role demands a strong focus on guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in banquet or event settings.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays or plates weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
