Where You'll Make an Impact

As a full-time BCBA at Applied ABC, you'll carry an active caseload, lead a team of RBTs and behavior technicians, and deliver individualized, evidence-based services that create meaningful progress for children and their families. This is a role for a clinician who takes ownership, leads with empathy, and holds themselves to a high standard.

Clinical Responsibilities

· Carry an active caseload, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland), and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans

· Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies including BST

· Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams

· Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis, adjust programming accordingly, and support clients during crisis situations

· Maintain accurate documentation and ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines

· Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies

· Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and developing individualized treatment and behavior support plans

· Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across varying ages and support levels

· Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; reliable transportation; authorized to work in the United States

Nice to Have

· Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation

· Experience in clinic-based, hybrid, in-home, or community-based ABA settings

· A collaborative leadership style with a track record of developing strong RBT teams

· Passion for parent training and family-centered care

How We Set You Up for Success

At Applied ABC, clinical excellence and operational support go hand in hand. Here's what that looks like for our full-time BCBAs:

· A dedicated Staffing Coordinator to align your caseload with your schedule and clinical strengths

· An assigned Case Manager to handle case support and administrative needs

· A specialized Clinical Support team to guide you through onboarding, help new BCBAs learn our systems and processes, and provide ongoing support with treatment plans, client assessments, and more

· Access to ATrack, Applied ABC's proprietary platform for treatment planning, data collection, and documentation

· A collaborative clinical culture where your expertise is respected, your growth is prioritized, and your work is recognized
