We are actively seeking 6 dedicated nurses to fill the following shifts :

• 1 nurse for 8pm-4am CST
• 1 nurse for 2pm-10 : 30pm CST
• 4 nurses for 12pm-8 : 30pm CST

ROLE OVERVIEW : As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will play a critical role in triaging calls, assessing individual needs, providing care advice, and directing patients to the proper level of treatment. Your efforts will promote cost-effective outcomes and assist in safe returns to work.

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE :

EDUCATION AND LICENSING : A Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred, with active unrestricted RN compact licensure required, along with two years of recent clinical practice experience. Proficiency in multiple screens and computer applications is essential.

As required by law, Sedgwick offers a reasonable compensation range for this role in jurisdictions that require transparency in job postings. Actual compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, and location-specific costs. The starting pay for this role ranges from $68,000 to $70,000, with a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, PTO, disability, life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings accounts, and additional voluntary benefits.
